What is Reorder PDF Pages?

This tool lists every page of a PDF as a draggable row so you can rearrange them into any order you like, then saves the result as a new PDF file.

How to use it

  1. Choose a PDF file; each page appears as a numbered row below, in its original order.
  2. Drag rows up or down (press and hold, then move) to put the pages in the order you want.
  3. Click Apply New Order and then Download Reordered PDF.

This is useful when pages were scanned out of order, when you want to move an appendix to the end of a report, or when combining sections that need reshuffling into a logical sequence. The tool doesn't change the content of any page — it only changes which position each page occupies in the final document, by copying pages from your original file into a new one in the order you specify. Everything happens locally in your browser using the pdf-lib library, so your document is never uploaded anywhere.
